Pray for the believers in the island that they will see the spiritual needs of the children.
That the coordination meeting that we have started with the church there will continue, and doors of utterance for the Gospel will open in Caramoan Central Schools.
For children’s missionaries to be sent forth in Caramoan to reach out to children and their families with the Gospel of Salvation.
Please pray for the salvation of my relatives in Caramoan.
Whenever I come to visit the Philippines, I always make sure to include Caramoan in my travel itinerary.
8 years ago, my family went to attend a clan reunion of my mom’s side of the family. It was one of the best feelings in the world to see my place in a family tree that goes back 6 generations ago.
It was not as grand as I expected it to be but it was one that was unforgettable and significant as far as God’s Purposes for my generation is concerned. The Lord allowed me to see the spiritual stronghold of homosexuality in my hometown in Caramoan. I noticed young boys as young as 7 were behaving like girls, and among them were 3 of my cousins whom I just met at that reunion.
Presently, gay pageant in Caramoan is becoming a staple at town fiestas. My cousins are among the the prominent convenors and organizers of gay and transgender events on the peninsula and neighboring districts.
Is there not a cause to take the Gospel of Jesus to boys and girls on the islands of Caramoan?
This year, we went to visit to Caramoan again. Not for leisure but to do a “spying out” the land for a Gospel rescue mission.
We were able to make the initial coordination meeting with the Church of God ministry in Caramoan, and with the office of the Public School supervisor for a possible classroom outreach.
I believe it is God’s will for young boys and girls to be given the opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to be saved, and to be discipled in the Word of God.
The Lord is the Way Maker. He led us to the right person to talk to, and it was indeed a very successful trip!
